2013 standing member election final result.

All times in UTC.

Voting for FTSC membership has come to end. There were protests
regarding the votes cast by RC14 and RC17. This has not altered
the previously published preliminary result.

The result published below is the final result.

Eighteen RC's from three zones have voted.
